Clear Cache Partition

1. Turn off the device by holding the Power key for a couple of moments.
2. Then, press and hold the Volume Up + Power button combination.
3. Let go of all buttons when Huawei logo appears on the display.
4. Now, you can see the EMUI mode. Here you can navigate by using the Volume keys and pressing the Power rocker to confirm choices.
5. Choose Wipe Cache Partition option.
6. Give your phone a couple of seconds to finish the process.
7. When the EMUI mode pops up again, choose Reboot System Now.
