Domain Or Package Cancellation, Or Domain Transfer
Go the following address: http://contract.1and1.co.uk/
Login in using your account number and password.
Once logged in click the 'Cancellation' button at the top of the screen.
Next under the heading 'Tariff' click on the account you wish to alter.
Select the either:
- Entire contract
or
- Individual domains/additional items
Click 'Next'
