Ubuntu Unity Move Windows Between Monitors

- Install required software:
sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager compiz-plugins-extra
- Run CCSM
- Left hand column towards the bottom click on "Window Management"
- Click on "Put"
- Enable the plugin
- Configure shortcut for "Put to next Output"
- Log out and back in again.
