Fix Yellow Light On Controller Not Charging

  1. Plug in the powered USB cable to the controller (yellow light)
  2. Press and hold the PS button for 5 seconds then let go (no light)
  3. Unplug the USB cable for 5 seconds
  4. Plug in the powered USB cable to the controller (yellow light)
  5. Press and hold the PS button for 2 seconds (white light blinks then blue light)
  6. Fixed
